Job Description:

We are implementing a full suite Oracle CRM, Cloud ERP and EPM application layer to support our rapidly growing organization.  This is a very important,  strategic initiative providing an excellent opportunity to participate in a greenfield implementation effort for a large and successful company and shape its future.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Information Technology ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications, and team delivering excellence in service across incident management, environment and release management, projects, training, adoption, and oversight of 3rd party contractors within the assigned application domains (Oracle CRM).
  • Works closely with the business and IT leadership and partners, serving as an expert resource to leverage the ERP solution to support the organization.
  • Implement and manage processes and procedures required to ensure optimal systems configuration, implementation, upgrades, testing, and production success.
  • System Implementation: Collaborate with System Implementation Partners to build a scalable solution meeting AIR’s requirements and lead the strategy, planning, and design of an end-state blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, and the sequence of steps to get there.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their sales management, commission and sales execution processes, requirements, and pain points.
  • Solution Design: Develop functional designs and solutions that leverage Oracle Supply Chain modules to address business needs
  • Configuration: Configure Oracle Supply Chain applications based on the business requirements.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of the configured system. Ensure that the solution aligns with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and oversee financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • User Training: Train end-users on effectively using the Oracle Fusion SC. Create user documentation and guides.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support to address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the system’s smooth operation.
  • Guide teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting & analytics how to simplify their landscape, reduce complexity and total cost of ownership, and increase agility to meet/exceed the business and financial goals of clients, and the company
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues.
  • Break down barriers of siloed thinking and local optimization of a single department or function, in favor of global, cross-functional, company-wide optimization.

 

Experience & Requirements:

  • At least five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
  • Prior experience with Order Management, PIM, Purchasing, Inventory configuration
  • Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred
  • B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required
  • Proper U.S. work authorization

Skills - Oracle Supply Chain

  • Minimum four years of design, configuration, development experience with Oracle Supply Chain
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Candidate must have gone through at least two full project lifecycle of OSC implementation 
  • • Understand key concepts/modules like Order Entry, Inventory Management, Purchasing
  • Expertise in Job Roles and Duty for Data security and access privilege 
  • Experience in Application Extension/configuration e.g. create/modify Fields, Triggers, Object Workflows, Global Function etc. 
  • Should have strong knowledge in Data migration from Other CRM product to Oracle Fusion Cloud 
  • Experience in Enterprise Application Integration 
  • Should have knowledge on Assignment Manager 
  • Experience with using Oracle SC for Counter sales/ Point of Sales required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
