Job Description:
As a Transportation Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across our transportation and logistics network. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for building partnerships and delivering value-driven logistics solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new transportation customers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up with clients.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions and pricing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Track key performance metrics and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Represent our company professionally with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience and Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation or logistics sales (truckload, LTL, or brokerage).
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling 3PL or freight brokerage services preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
