Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Identify gaps and areas for process improvement, ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Oracle Fusion Implementation Support:

  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams during the Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycle.
  • Assist in configuring Oracle Fusion modules relevant to industrial HVAC equipment resale (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.

Data Conversion and Mapping:

  • Lead the effort to map legacy data to Oracle Fusion structures, ensuring accurate data migration.
  • Work with technical teams to define data conversion requirements, validate migrated data, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Create detailed data mapping documents and oversee data cleansing activities.

Process Mapping and Documentation:

  • Conduct detailed process mapping of current-state workflows, documenting the flow of data and tasks across different business functions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define future-state processes leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create visual representations of processes (e.g., process flow diagrams, value stream mapping) to illustrate business processes, interdependencies, and potential improvements.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze and design optimal business processes and workflows within Oracle Fusion.
  • Ensure proper documentation of process maps and business process re-engineering efforts for clear handoffs to the technical teams.

Report Writing and Analytics:

  • Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, test, and validate custom reports using Oracle Fusion’s reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI).
  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting needs and train users on reporting tools.

Functional Specifications and Process Design:

  • Develop clear and detailed functional specifications for customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports (CEMLI).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes, recommending future-state designs leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices.

Testing and Validation:

  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate the solution meets business needs and resolve issues.

Training and Change Management:

  • Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation for Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Provide status updates and escalate risks or issues as needed.

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Provide support during the stabilization phase, troubleshooting issues and recommending enhancements.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and propose further optimizations.

Additional Role Highlights:

  • Travel will be required nationwide. When not on the road, technicians will work with the local operating company in their region.
  • A partial tool set is provided by the company.
  • All required PPE is supplied by the Air National Services team
  • Technicians receive a company-issued corporate credit card for job-related expenses.
  • Extensive on-the-job training is provided at no cost, with opportunities to expand skills and grow over time.

  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Responds well to changing job demands and field conditions. Actively participates in training and embraces new tools, technologies, and methods to stay current in the trade.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementations.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly in modules such as Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Hands-on experience with data conversion and mapping in Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to write functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Strong experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC or industrial equipment resale industry is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in business process mapping and gap analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS).
  • Understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL processes, and data validation techniques.
  • Ability to create detailed process flow diagrams and business process documentation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
