Job Description:
The Warehouse Inventory Manager oversees daily warehouse operations and ensures efficient, accurate inventory control. This role is hands-on and requires a strong leader with deep experience in warehouse processes, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and effectively leads warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow coordination
Manage all shipping and receiving functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Optimize inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
Perform and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory audits per company guidelines
Lead, monitor, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Handle shipments of pallets and small packages using UPS WorldShip or similar software
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Travel as needed to support operations at additional warehouse sites

Experience and Requirements:
5+ years of warehouse management or inventory control experience
Ability to work full-time, on-site in Memphis, TN
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, logistics, and inventory best practices
Hands-on experience with shipping platforms (UPS WorldShip or similar)
Proven leadership experience with warehouse teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Skilled in operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
Ability to travel to support other warehouse locations as needed
