Job Description:
The Aftermarket Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role sells HVAC turnkey projects, equipment, replacement parts, and preventative maintenance contracts using a consultative approach focused on identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and lifecycle value. All activities are performed within established company sales processes, pricing guidelines, and approval requirements.

Job Description:
The Aftermarket Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role sells HVAC turnkey projects, equipment, replacement parts, and preventative maintenance contracts using a consultative approach focused on identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and lifecycle value. All activities are performed within established company sales processes, pricing guidelines, and approval requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting site visits, developing proposals, presenting solutions, and closing business.
- On-site evaluations are conducted to assess equipment and service requirements and gather the technical information needed to support accurate and timely proposals.
- The role requires strong engagement with facility managers, building owners, and decision-makers to build trust and position the company as a preferred service provider.
- All pricing, proposals, and scope definitions are developed using company-approved tools and must align with internal standards and approval workflows.
- Works closely with service, operations, and support teams to ensure all commitments are feasible, clearly defined, and properly coordinated prior to execution.
- Through disciplined pipeline management, proactive account development, and accurate CRM documentation, this role contributes directly to revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
- Responsible for maintaining visibility of all opportunities and customer interactions while identifying growth opportunities that enhance long-term account profitability and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and collaboration are essential to ensure successful delivery and alignment across all stakeholders.
